In collaboration with Partners for Red Colobus, I created this illustration to supplement their conservation education program in partnership with Limbe Wildlife Center and the Korup Rainforest Conservation Society (KRCS) in Cameroon. Preuss’s Red Colobus (Piliocolobus preussi) is Critically Endangered and currently labelled the most endangered group of African monkeys. Due to the severity of their conservation status, they have their own Action Plan.

For this project, I created two variations: 1.) a scientific illustration of a mother colobus and her offspring with a white background, to draw attention to the pelage and anatomical aspects of the species, for scientific identification; 2.) a full color version with flora in the background, showing the animals in their natural habitat.

As part of the collaboration, 25% of all proceeds from these prints will go directly to Partners for Red Colobus. To purchase prints of either of these variations, see my shop.

Collaborating with the Sensory Morphology and Genomics Anthropology Lab at Boston University, I designed their logo representing the overall focus of their research topics and study species’.

Logo design fo Le Projet Ngouroumoutou (The Ngouroumoutou Project) to represent their conservation work regarding the protection of wild pangolins in Sub-Saharan Africa.
